Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences was founded in 2008 in Rohtak, Haryana, India. The university is a state university. There are five colleges incorporated into the University which offer nursing, pharmacy, and physiotherapy courses. Also, various doctors, nurses, dentists, homeopaths, Ayurvedics.
The college is approved by UGC. The Accredited National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC 'A' grade) state-level University was established by the Government of Haryana.
Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences courses are offered at various levels Undergraduate Degree (i.e BPT, B.sc, etc.), Postgraduate Degree (i.e MPT, MD, M.Sc., etc.), Pharmacy Degree (i.e. B.Pharm, M.Pharma). The University infrastructure is well developed and furnished, good environment and all equipment related to your needs. Wi-Fi was also available in college. Labs are outstanding. The University campus faculty member are Hardworking students and Help students with exam preparation. The University has facilities for students in Indoor and Outdoor sports like Basketball, Cricket Volleyball, Badminton and Indoor Games Table Tennis, Carom, and Chess. They provided a classroom, an auditorium, a laboratory. Medical college houses, Anatomy Department, Mortuary, Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, and Community Medicine departments. A pet store is also part of the medical faculty complex.
Residential Accommodation:
The University Campus Hostel offers accommodation for faculty and students. The campus has provided 24*7 power backup, Wi-Fi connectively, Newspaper and indoor or outdoor games also provide like football, carom, chess. The college campus has a mess canteen with well train management hygienic food.
Library:
The University has a big library with well furnished. The University Library's seating capacity of 400 students. The library has two reading halls with a capacity of 600 readers. The University book of collection is 38476 books including 37062 general books & 1414 reference books.
Auditorium:
The University auditorium is well furnished, fully air-conditioned with audio/ visual facilities. Auditorium seating capacity is 1250.
Labs:
The University has labs that are well maintained and well-equipped.
Medical Facilities:
It has medical facilities qualified doctor with an ambulance is also available for medical emergencies.
Admission Criteria for students UHSR has released a Ph.D. Admission Research Entrance Exam, need to be Appeared & qualified in NEET.
Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences has a 100% placement, and all students become good doctors, there are placements from the college in Hospitals like Fortis or Max and The highest salary package offered to us is 25 LPA.
University at present is supported by PGIMS Library. However, an ambitious project to contract a state of art library building is under way. The library is centrally located within easy reach from all the departments, hostels and residential areas of PGIMS. The library has two reading halls with capacity of 600 readers. One reading hall with the capacity of 400 students open from 7.00 AM to 2.00 AM on every day.
A five story medical college building was built in 1962. This houses, Anatomy Department, Mortuary, Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Pharmacy and Community Medicine departments. An animal house is also a part of the medical college complex.
