Purulia University of Applied Sciences is one of the oldest applied universities in the country, established in 1957, and has been engaged in providing quality technical education since its inception. This serene environment is located in a lush green campus of 35 acres on the outskirts of Purulia at Bongabari, adjacent to SH-5 and just 3 km from Purulia station. The contribution of this institute to technical education and skill development for six decades is commendable. We operate under the administrative control of the Government's Department of Technical Education Training and Skill Development. from West Bengal. It is affiliated with WBSCTVESD and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
