VITs Padmabhushan Dr. Vasantdada Patil College of Architecture is managed by Vivekanand Institute of Technology (VIT), a Trust registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and Bombay Public Trust Act 1950.The college founded in the year 1995, is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and is recognized by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and the Director, Technical Education Government of Maharashtra.

PVP Architecture College Library was established in 1996. Since then, the library has made steady progress in its collection of books, journals, theses, theses, CDs, training catalog practices, related case studies, bibliographies, databases, etc. More than 6000 books, 38 national and international journals, and three databases have been registered for each university. The library is located on the second floor of the school building, the total area of the library is 164.44 m². The capacity is 40 readers. The library is open access to all customers with modern user services. The library also boasts an informal open-air space for casual reading. 

Computer Lab 

PVP CoA's computer lab provides a digital environment to train students in computer-aided design, 3D modeling, and simulations used to represent architecture; Environmental analysis of the building; Building information models, and; Support for Geographic Information Systems.

There are 1 server and 128 computers in the institute. There are 69 computers in the computer room with audio-visual equipment. The configuration of the computers from I-3 to I-5 and the RAM from 4 GB to 8 GB, depending on the use of the computer. The computer room is also equipped with equipment such as printers, plotters, copiers, and scanners, essential software such as Autodesk Auto Cad, Autodesk Revit, Rhino 5.0, Adobe Suite and Corel Draw, etc.
