Admission 2024-25
1. Admissions for the B.Tech program at QIS Institute of Technology are determined by the Engineering Agriculture & Medicine Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET). In order to be eligible for the B.Tech course, students must have completed their 10+2 examinations with subjects in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
2. For M.Tech admissions, the selection is based on the Andhra Pradesh Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP-PGECET) or the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). To be eligible for the M.Tech course, students must have a graduate degree in B.E/B.Tech/AMIE in a relevant discipline.
3. MCA admissions at QIS Institute of Technology are determined by the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET) or GATE. To be eligible for the MCA course, students must have a three-year degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects at the degree or intermediate level.

QIS Institute of Technology B.Tech Admission 2024
QIS Institute of Technology offers a B.Tech program in various disciplines such as Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Admission to these courses follows the norms set by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Candidates applying for these courses must qualify in the Andhra Pradesh Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP-PGECET) conducted by Andhra University on behalf of AP State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). After successfully passing the entrance test, candidates must participate in state-level counseling, which is conducted on a merit-cum-choice basis.
As eligibility criteria, candidates should have secured at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the qualifying BE/B.Tech/AMIE examinations in the relevant field.

- Make the payment for the application.
- Fill in the application form with the required information.

- Save the application registration number.
The application fee for each program varies. Payments can be made online through AP online or via Debit/Credit Card.
Upon successful application, an Admit Card will be issued (on specified dates), which must be carried on the examination date.

QIS Educational Institutions Transport policy is aimed at aligning the demand and supply of the Institutional transport services through effective management of the Institutional vehicles, increasing staff and student's understanding of the overall institutional fleet programs, Providing greater accountability of the Institutional fleet, comprehensively operating, maintain and repair vehicles to acceptable safety standards.
Hostel
Separate hostels have been provided for boys and girls in Ongole town with all facilities to provide homely accommodation to inmates. Healthy and hygienic food, telephone, round-the-clock security and general stores will be made available at the hostel. College bus facilities will be made available at the hostel.
Sports and Game
QISIT has a well-equipped games and sports department under the charge of the physical director. QISIT believes in a sound mind in a sound body. Students are encouraged to play various indoor and outdoor games and sports participation in competition is also encouraged. QISIT conducted tournaments and summer coaching camps in various games and sports. Students participated in university, state, and national level tournaments.
