1. Internships serve as formal programs within organizations, designed to provide practical experience in a specific field to individuals who may not yet be familiar with it. They constitute an integral component of both academic and practical legal education.

Participating in internships affords students the opportunity to apply their skills in real-world contexts, thereby enhancing their capabilities and yielding valuable insights that can contribute to their professional growth. Moreover, internships significantly enhance students' prospects of securing full-time employment upon graduation. Through hands-on experiences gained during internships, students not only become more proficient but also develop a heightened sense of enthusiasm and confidence in their abilities.
