Radhey Hari (R.H.) Govt. Situated in the foothills of the Kumaon Himalayas, Kashipur (US Nagar) Post Graduate College was established in 1973.  The college is located approximately four kilometers from the capital on the Bazpur road. The university is located on an area of ??33 hectares. It is a co-educational institution and is affiliated with Kumoun University. The College is recognized by the University Grants Commission (U.G.C.) under Section 2 (f) (and 12 (B)) of the UGC Act. 

The university has three faculties, viz. Art, science, and business. The university offers all these three graduate (UG) programs, 13 PG programs, and a Ph.D. research program Art and Business. Apart from these regular programs, self-financed B.Ed., PG Diploma in Yoga and Holistic Health, and Diploma in Tourism are also conducted. The IGNOU Center of the University also offers several programs organized by IGNOU.

It is a well-established fact that any education itself is empty without books. Such a need can be better satisfied in the university structure than in a library with a large collection of books and other literature related to the subject. 

The library has an adequate library that naturally covers the whole spectrum. Enriching the library is a continuous process that requires annual financial support from the state government. Books and other publications can be obtained from the library in different arrangements for a limited time. 

A wide range of books on computer hardware and software courses are also available for diploma courses. 

Reading room 

The college has separate reading arrangements for boys and girls. Newspapers and magazines in Hindi and English are available for subscription in the reading room. Students are welcome to use the reading room facilities during their free time. 

Placement  

Everyone dreams and wants to get a job after completing their studies. The university administration is constantly investing in this matter. Last year we started campus recruitment with some commercial organizations. Some of our students were selected.
