Within a few years of its inception, RIMS has set its place as one of the premier hospitals and medical colleges in the state of Chhattisgarh.RIMS is managed by the Lord Buddha Education Society. The MBBS course offered by RIMS is affiliated with Ayush and Health Sciences University, Raipur. The Government of Chhattisgarh issued the Essentiality Certificate (bearing Sl. No. 17-36/2010/IX/55) to open a hospital and medical college to the Lord Buddha Education Society on 14th July 2010.

Library:
Books are man’s best friends, and so is the library. RIMS library is fully air-conditioned, well-lighted, fire alarm fitted, esthetically designed, and well executed. Any member of this College has free access to a rich collection of 3025 books and around 21 journals.
Hostel:
RIMS has separate hostels for boys and girls students. To maintain discipline, smooth hostel room allotment process, and maintenance of the hostel building, each hostel has a separate warden from the teaching faculty. Mess facilities in the hostel premises serve homelike foods to students. There is a quality assessment team, which keeps a routine check on the quality of the food.
Cafeteria:
Inside the RIMS campus, there are 2 cafeterias – 1 in the hospital and 1 in College. Hygiene vegetarian snacks and meals are available in all cafeterias. The administration of these cafeterias is given to proficient and experienced contractors. The quality assurance team, set up by the managing committee keeps routine checks so that there is no compromise with the hygiene and quality of foods.
Examination Hall:
The examination Hall at RIMS with a capacity of 250 students is spread over an area of 250 sqm. The examination hall has adequate desks/writing benches arranged in such a manner that there is sufficient space between two students. The examination hall is equipped with printing and other facilities, which are required for conducting examinations.
There are different hieroglyphic shades lurking in our subconscious. Life’s kaleidoscope gives testimony to that. Whatever progress has been made in the field of behavioral sciences is just the tip of the iceberg. There are numerous issues to be touched upon and worked on. Our mission is to unravel such aspects that are within and beyond clinical scope.
