RRMCH Advancing Healthcare Through Research
The vast expanse of Medical Science and its complexity, necessitate that constant experiments and case studies be conducted within well-equipped laboratories. The College has a Central Research Laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment that conducts research in collaboration with renowned international institutions. Trained laboratory staff provides proper assistance and guidance to the students in the conduct of research.
RRMCH Auditorium / Seminar Hall
A well-equipped auditorium with seating for over 500 people serves as the venue for the regular conferences, workshops, and seminars that are part of the learning process at RajaRajeswari Medical College & Hospital. A Medical Education Department set up with the objective of enhancing the quality of education dedicates itself to implementing continuous improvement in standards.

“ The Way to a Heart is Through the Stomach”. The students of RajaRajeswari Medical College and Hospital get mouth-watering AND appetizing foodstuff at their doorsteps ( well ! figuratively ). A wide variety of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and of course Dietary food too is available in the canteen.

Recognizing the importance of sports and games for the development of both body and mind, RRMCH has established comprehensive facilities for students. The sporting infrastructure includes cricket, football, tennis, basketball, and volleyball grounds, and courts. Facilities for indoor games are also available such as table tennis, chess, and badminton. Teams from the college regularly participate in inter-collegiate events and they have done the college proud in various sporting disciplines.
RRMCH Health Club
The college offers round-the-clock gymnasium facilities to the students. The gym is equipped with a multi-gym (12 stations), Smith machine, Breacher curls, arm machines, bench press, flat benches, bars, dumbbells, plates, dip stands, and a host of other equipment for the students to utilize and stay fit and healthy.
RRMCH Hostel
Men and women have separate hostel facilities. The rooms are well furnished with attached bathrooms and a hygienic Mess facility is available round the clock. On-campus accommodation is available to out-station students in the 4 spacious hostels.
RRMCH Library and Information Service
The Central Library is spread over a floor space of about 1200 sq. mtrs. The Central Library stocks more than 22,000 books on various subjects in medical and allied health sciences. Reputed journals, both Indian and foreign are available in departmental libraries. The total number of books in the central and departmental library runs over 22,000 titles.
MUSEUMS at RRMCH
RRMCH is also home to an Integrated Medical museum that adds an extra dimension to Medical learning. Located on the spacious 5th floor of the college building, The Integrated Museum encompasses 7 depts that include Anatomy, physiology, pathology, Forensic medicine, community medicine, pharmacology, and Microbiology with designated areas for each.
RRMCH SKILL LAB at RRMCH
A well-equipped clinical skill lab supports the acquisition, maintenance, and enhancement of clinical skills of students in the healthcare profession. Within this non-threatening environment, patient volunteers, simulated patients. Mannequins and Information technology are employed to provide hands-on learning experiences for the practice of essential clinical skills.
RRMCH Smart ClassRoom
A Smart Classroom is a traditional lecture-style teaching space that has available technological equipment that can be used to aid and enhance the instruction of a course. The smart classroom is equipped with the basic technology that will enable to connect the laptop to the projector.
RRMCH Transport
The college has its own fleet of buses that ply to and from various vantage points in the city. The buses are available to facilitate easy travel for the students and staff residing outside the college campus.
