BGPS’s Rajarshi Shahu Institute of Management was established in 1997. It trains students for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, and is recognized by A.I.C.T.E., Government of India and Government of Maharashtra. It is well equipped with a sophisticated computer lab, the latest teaching aids, and a library to support the able and experienced teaching faculty. Professional practitioners and managers from well-known companies also engage in classes and share their experiences with the students. The literature is just not confined to the topic of Management but covers a broad spectrum of subjects related to the study and allied subjects to keep in touch with all the current affairs as well as brush up on their functional and general areas.

There are wide collections of video cassettes and CDs on a variety of subjects required by Management Students for studies and general development in our library.

The Institute shall provide Library and Reading Room facilities to the students. They will be given a Library card which will enable them to borrow books for home study. The library shall remain open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily except on public holidays. Every student can take a fixed number of books for a week only on the payment of the deposit as prescribed by the institute. Books will be charged if the books are not returned on the due date.

A sophisticated computer Lab is well equipped with 110 terminals. Students are encouraged and helped to Master packages like MS Office, Oracle, Tally, and Visual Studio; Java & New Software Packages are continuously added to keep students abreast of the latest developments in the use of information technology for different functions in the organization. Broadband connection internet access is also available to students for the entire program.

Sport is a very important activity for the overall development of students. In this view, the sports council is constituted to take care of sports activities. Facilities for games like Cricket, Carom, and Badminton, etc., are provided in the college. Various Sports competitions are held and winners are rewarded. All these activities are carried out for the development of students.

The right candidate at the right place at the right time is the key objective of the placement cell, i.e. well followed at RajarshiShahu Institute of Management, Aurangabad.
