Rajas Institute of Technology (RIT), Nagercoil, was established in 2009. It is recognized by AICTE and is affiliated with Anna University. Residential Accommodations:

RIT offers safe accommodations for up to 400 students. The college has great facilities for hostels at an affordable cost for girls. The rooms are large, airy and comfy, offering single, double and triple room sharing. Large dining halls offer nutritious vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals and water that is filtered for drinking. Each block is equipped with Wi-Fi as well as cable TVs and telephones. Postgraduate students have their own block. Each block has laundry facilities, a library and an internet centre with a continuous water supply and power backup and first aid facilities. Library:

At present, Libraries are going through massive modifications in their operations through the use of modern technology to provide users with the ability to print quickly and easily the information they need electronically. Our College Library has 24000 volumes of books that are under 8451 titles. The e-journal services in the library provide unbeatable full-text access to IEEE.

Transportation Facility:

The administration manages the company's own buses and vans to meet the needs of students and employees. Students who plan to use the transportation facility must inform the transportation officer prior to admission.

Banking Facility:

To meet the requirements of students and to facilitate transactions, an ATM that is air-conditioned is situated near the main gate of the college. Anyone can create an account for only Rs. 150 or less. For a staff member, even having a zero balance is sufficient to open the account. Our Management provided the transport for all these visiting schools.
