Library

•Air-conditioned Spacious open Access System Library which provides a reading facility from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on working days. Rajdhani College Of Engineering And Management libraries of the 21st century are no longer a storehouse of knowledge but an effective mechanism to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge, promoting information and knowledge sharing, while, at the same time, supporting the growth of knowledge and intellect. In essence, present Libraries are the source of transition of literate society to a knowledge- base society. With the advent of information technology revolution the role of library is undergoing a rapid change. The knowledge base in the modern disciplines of management schemes is changing at such an accelerated rate that the published books being made available in the library are no longer a guarantee of the availability of up-to-date knowledge.

•This has to be realized that books of 21st century shall be different from the books of 20th century. Today's books are written to facilitate interactive learning, have focus on gathering of knowledge through by and large self-learning. The teacher-centered system is changing to a learner-centered system. The teacher performing a role of a facilitator rather than that of an instructor.

Study tour

helps students to appreciate their field of study more and it, really helps them better realize the interaction between their chosen fields of study to restore the world. Study Tour helps students open themselves to many possibilities that are not just contained in one geographical location.

Hostel

Rajdhani College Of Engineering And Management  Hostel facilities are made available separately to boys and girls. Girls' hostel has also a messing facility under the care of a housemaid. The hostel fee is not refundable. Any student, who has occupied the hostel and leaves in the mid-session, shall have to pay for a full year. Apart from accommodation charges, the student-boarder shall have to bear his/her footing charges every month regularly.

Industrial Visit

Industrial visit is arranged to a known destination popular for industrial establishments and business houses for their contribution to Indian economy. This helps students to understand the journey of a product from the place of production to the customer's hands and management strategies, which make this journey fruitful. A student Pursuing a certain degree will be taken to companies or industries related to their field for a visit and there the students will be exposed briefly to the Procedures, Processes, Work environment, management efforts, and Place in that Industry.

Participation

Participation is encouraged in extra curricular activities. Students are encouraged to organize and participate in the activities associated with physical and intellectual development and attitude building leading to open up one's personality. Through Talent Fest, All Odisha B' School Meet and Annual Function, etc. they are deputed to participate in similar activities organized by other educational institutes to inculcate competitive spirit among them.

Canteen facility

Rajdhani College Of Engineering And Management canteen inside the campus has furnished dining space and kitchen facilities. It provides tea and tiffin, lunch and dinner facilities at suitable price. Special care is taken to provide qualitative and hygienic food to student customers. Students can also get things prepared of their own choice on a payment basis at a concessional price.
