Rajdhani College of Engineering and Management (RCEM) has been functioning since 1993. Based on experience and infrastructural facilities available, the college was granted status in 1998 for starting the MBA Programme (2 Years Full time) approved by AICTE, Govt. of India, recognized by the state Govt. of Odisha and affiliated to the university in the name of Rajdhani College of Engineering and Management with the aim of imparting quality management education. It has been making endeavors to groom students to achieve perfection and proficiency as future managers." Excellence in Management education" is the only mission of the college fraternity.

Infrastructure and Facilities

Hostel

Hostel facilities are made available separately to boys and girls. Girls' hostel has also messing facility under the care of a housemaid. The hostel accommodation fee is Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) per year to be deposited with admission fees. The hostel fee is not refundable. Any student, who has occupied the hostel and leaves in the mid-session, shall have to pay for a full year. Apart from accommodation charges, the student-boarder shall have to bear his/her footing charges every month regularly.

Library

Air-conditioned of Spacious open Access System Library which provides a reading facility from 9 am to 9 p.m. in working days. The libraries of the 21st century are no more a storehouse of knowledge but an effective mechanism to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge, promoting information and knowledge sharing, while, at the same time, supporting the growth of knowledge and intellect. In essence, present Libraries are the source of the transition of a literate society to a knowledge- base society.

Canteen

A canteen inside the campus has furnished dining space and kitchen facilities. It provides tea and tiffin, lunch and dinner facilities at suitable price. Special care is taken to provide qualitative and hygienic food to student customers. Students can also get things prepared of their own choice on a payment basis at a concessional price.

Admission Process

Successful OJEE & other rank holders (MAT, C-MAT, CAT, XAT, ATMA) should give their option to Rajdhani College of Engineering & Management in JEE counseling which will be conducted by Chairman JEE, Govt. of Odisha.

Selected students will be eligible to attend Group Discussions and Interviews conducted by a committee of senior Faculty Members and based on the selection a merit list is prepared. Candidates, who secure 50% and above in Merit rating, are considered and admitted in order of merit as per availability of seats, after a personal interview.

Placement Cell

The Placement Cell provides regular training by professional bodies for grooming the students to get entry-level managerial positions in manufacturing, and service sectors or to start and run their own ventures with sound business knowledge, Regularly conducts Group discussions. Personality Development Programme and mock interviews among the final year students. The placement cell also provides counseling services for future career options and assists students in planning and exploring job opportunities for getting final placements and summer training. The Corporate Organizations are given full and free access to students' biodata, face-to-face communication, and assistance at every stage of selection like written tests, group discussions, and interviews, etc. in their final semester.
