RBIMS has the facility of 2 seminar halls. One with a capacity of nearly 100 is situated on the ground floor (Room No. G6) and the larger one with a capacity of more than 200 students is situated on the 3rd floor of the multistoried building of the institute. Both the seminar halls are equipped with Audio-visual equipment which includes projectors, loudspeaker connectivity, and CCTV connection that can project the live discussion in the seminar hall to other rooms as well. The institute conducts guest lectures and workshops in which students gain additional knowledge than their regular studies..
Computing LabsWe, here at RBI have 6 well-organized computer labs and 1 project lab. All are well equipped with the latest machines and software to support the educational activity of the Institute. As more and more testing becomes computer-based, it is critical for your students to be exposed to the lab and learn good, ingrained habits for using technology in College. We have 350 systems for students of which 120 are Core i3, the other 120 are Core 2 duo and the remaining 60 are P4 processors. All the systems have licensed and updated software installed in them which is required by the students for their studies and other educational activities. They all are connected with LAN. They also have an antivirus installed in them to safeguard all the data of students. We also have 2 dedicated leased lines with up to 4Mbps speed. The computer labs are air-conditioned. We also have projectors installed in our labs for better teaching. All these are handled by well-qualified and experienced lab technicians.
LibraryThe main heart of any college is its library. We here at RBI have a library well stocked with books for management and IT. We have more than 8000 books of which 5000 books are for management and 2000 books for IT from various different authors. Besides the books for the syllabus, we have other books too for the further enhancement of students. We have around 1000 books for general reading. We have subscriptions to various journals for students to study. We also have subscriptions to various magazines and newsletters for both courses. We have subscribed to more than 7 magazines for IT, around 6 magazines for Management, and various other magazines. We have magazines not only in English but also in Gujarati for a better understanding of students. Our books are of the latest editions. These journals, magazines, and books enhance the knowledge of students regarding the latest happenings of research and development in their fields. We have subscribed to Delnet, which gives the facility of accessing around 3000 e-journals to students and faculties. Our library hours are from morning 9 a.m. to evening 5 p.m.
ClassroomsOur multi-story building has ample classrooms for students. We have well-furnished, ventilated classrooms with proper lights. Each class has a projector facility for enabling better teaching and presentations.
AuditoriumA host of auditoriums and convention halls are to be had at the campus to organize diverse conferences, seminars, and scholarly activities.
CanteenThe University has a canteen facility for its students, personnel, and school members placed withinside the K block. Besides imparting breakfast, lunch, excessive tea, snacks, and liquids, the canteen has a facility to set up meals for specific activities organized at the campus.
The Admission process is done by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). However, the Institute provides admission to students on the basis of merit ranking in the CMAT/CAT/MAT Examination by following the rules of ACPC. Students who have not appeared for CMAT Examination might be preferred in vacant seats if any.
Admission to the students in the Integrated course (Integrated MBA and Integrated MCA) is given on a merit basis.
