RBVRR Women’s College of Pharmacy is managed by The Hyderabad Mahila Vidya Sangham (HMVS) a Non-Profit Organization which has a history of 92 long years of service in Woman’s Education. HMVS believes in imparting quality education based on ethics.

RBVRR Womens College of Pharmacy was established in 2006, and completed fourteen years (17-Yrs) in its service. The primary endeavor of the institution is to nurture the students to be industry ready and prepare them to best Pharmaceutical Professionals.

RBVRR Women’s College of Pharmacy is following the ideals of integrated learning by giving opportunities to students to develop their personalities through different extracurricular activities.

The library collection includes textbooks, reference books, and manuals related to Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacy Management & related Subjects. The library has a collection of official books like the USP, BP, IP, and Martindale. At present the library has a collection of 7747 books, and 70 national & international Journals, in the fields of Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry &Pharmacognosy.

Training and Placement Cell (T&P)

Training and Placement Cell (T&P) is a facilitator and counselor for placement-related activities. Training and Placement Cell provides 100% placement assistance to all the registered students as per the norms provided here. The Training and Placement Cell aims to expose students to the nature of the corporate world, therefore, providing insight into their future professional careers.

Objectives

Placement Guidelines:

T&P does not guarantee a job.

The students must register with the company to participate in the placement process of the company.

Students should be ready to attend any screening program conducted by the placement cell at the request of companies. The shortlisted student list only will be forwarded to companies.

Once students have given their name for the interview and if they are not attending the interview, they are not allowed to attend the rest of the companies.

Correct and verifiable information should be produced in the resume. Any student found violating this rule will be de-registered from the Placement Session.

Admission

Eligibility

A candidate for admission must have passed the Intermediate examination of the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry / Biology as optional subjects or any other examination recognized by the Telangana Board of Intermediate or equivalent thereto.

All the eligible applicants will have to pass the Entrance Examination conducted by the Government of Telangana. The admissions are based on merit secured at the Entrance Examination.

Master of Pharmacy

Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) in India is offered as post graduate course after completion of a B.Pharma degree. The M.Pharma course is of two years duration. A candidate for admission must have passed the B Pharmacy degree.
