The College campus is well connected to Tirunelveli town and the nearby villages. The college has its own fleet of buses to cater to the transportation needs of its students, staff members, and visiting guests. These buses serve as the link between the campus and the surrounding locales. The college provides transport facilities to the faculties, students, and support staff from several pickup locations to the college campus and back on working days and special occasions. 

Library:

The library is the soul and nerve center of any place of learning. The library of RECT Polytechnic is located in the heart of the institution and therefore is easily accessible to all the departments, classrooms, and hostels. The library occupies a total area of about 3200 square feet and has a massive series of technical and standard books, journals, magazines, encyclopedias, dictionaries, and DVDs. A total of 20 journals and magazines are currently under subscription. It can accommodate up to 100 students at any given time.

Hostel:

At RECT Polytechnic, there are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls within the college campus. Students are provided shared accommodation with facilities such as cupboards, chairs, tables, beds, lights,s, and power points.

Canteen:

The canteen is not just a place to eat and drink, but a place where students break the monotony of the classrooms to have lots of serious discussions on topics of current interest. At RECT Polytechnic, a canteen is a spacious place constructed in a 1500 Sq ft Area providing a different menu for each day of the week. We always take hygiene as the top most priority in every section of the kitchen and ensure there is no compromise on the quality of the food.

MEDICAL FACILITIES:

Just 50 mts from our College, a Public Health center provides the basic health care needs and any kind of first aid for emergencies. Through Rotract club and a tie-up with Government Medical College, Tirunelveli we also conduct regular health checkups for all students.

Sports:

Sports are an integral part of the experience at RECT Polytechnic and excellent facilities are set up on the campus for this purpose. Race track Volleyball, Shuttle Badminton, Cricket, Football (Soccer).

LABORATORIES AND WORKSHOPS:

Our English language lab is equipped with a projector screen, wireless microphone, wireless presentation devices, and other sound arrangements. Students are given the training to speak in English with the correct pronunciation. We also provide soft skills and interpersonal skills training to our students that enable them to perform well in placement interviews.
