Rizvi Institute of Management Studies and Research is affiliated with the University of Mumbai, approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), and recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research (RIMSR) is a manifestation of the philosophy of holistic quality education. Set up in 1994, the institute has in its journey so far created a niche for itself in Management Education.
Established under The Societies Act 1950, the Rizvi Education Society has always aimed at promoting a holistic education experience at all levels. It registered itself below the provisions of the Bombay Public Act, of 1950 and eventually started its educational adventure with the College of Arts, Science, and Commerce.
Rizvi Institute of Management Studies and Research is affiliated with Mumbai University and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Library:
A well-stocked Library, which is continuously upgraded and has a shelf for every possible Title under the genesis of Management education. The Library shares over 20,000 books and subscribes to greater than one hundred journals, magazines, and periodicals. The series of books covers all of the regions of specializations beneath neath Management specifically Marketing, Finance, Systems, HR, Operations, General Management, and Quantitative Techniques.
Computer Lab:
The state-of-the-art Computer Laboratory is an indicator of our attempts to integrate technology with Management education. The Computer Lab proudly hosts more than 150 computers with the latest configuration. The Lab helps spherical the clock Internet connectivity to maintain scholars on track with the fast tempo of the world. The laptop lab is upgraded frequently in phrases of each software program in addition to the hardware. Keeping in abreast with generation college students are skilled to be adept with the trendy softwares and programs.
Training room:
The Institute has 11 air-conditioned training rooms, which are self-equipped institutes by themselves. Each of those rooms is an audio-visible middle with an atmosphere to facilitate interactive learning.
Seminar room:
The fundamentals laid down by the classroom sessions are fortified through special seminars, conferences, and workshops. The modern Seminar Room is a street for such interactions. It affords a great atmosphere for a healthy interplay with professionals from corporates.

Selection to the MMS program is done on the basis of the marks secured in CAT/ATMA/MAT/CMAT/XAT or MAH-MBA/MMS-CET. Admissions shall be done through the CAP rounds as conducted and governed by DTE. The institute provides decent placements to its students.
