Separate canteens for staff and students. The canteen is managed by the institute and coordinated by the welfare committee. The committee fixes the canteen charges which is primarily on a cost-to-cost basis.

The library is fully automated with more than 30000 books at present. Steps are being initiated to establish e-library facilities inside the campus.
