S.N.G.Institute of Management and Research (SNGIMR) was established in the year of 2009 with AICTE Approval, NAAC accreditation, and affiliation to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) by Shri. S.N.Ghumatkar. The goal of setting up of educational institute was to promote and propagate education mainly for students from rural areas at economic fees. The campus is situated about 53 km from Pune Railway Station and 50 km from Pune Airport. It's on the National Highway No 50 Pune-Nasik Highway. The Institute is a private self-financing co-ed institute with a sanctioned intake of 180 students for an MBA. Of about 14 acres of campus area, more than half an acre area has been developed for the Institute infrastructure with a total built-up area of 3156 sq. meters.
