SACS MAVMM Engineering College Principal Dr.S.Navaneetha Krishnan and Dean (Research) Dr.R.Sudhakara Pandian have participated in the official Kick-Off Meeting of "SME 4.0" in Italy. From 8 - 9 February 2017 the Free University of Bolzano (Project Coordinator) organizes the official Kick-Off Meeting of "SME 4.0". The aim of this first meeting is to get to know the partners in the international partner network and coordinate the scientific content in the single work packages and organize the operational project management activities. Participants of the kick-off meeting will also visit the laboratories of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano as well as Fraunhofer Italia Research facilities.

Canteen:

Well planned canteen is one of our great features availed on our campus. We cater nutritious and hygienic food and soft drinks for both students and staff at a reasonable fare. The dining hall can serve more than 150 students at a time. And we have a separate canteen for female Students and Staff.

Library:

The college has a library with a good collection of books in different fields of Engineering & Technology, Science & Mathematics. A large number of journals and periodicals are available in the library, for self-study and enrichment of knowledge for the students and staff. The library has got about 19845 books with 9097 titles. 65 National and 59 International Journals, 35 Magazines are available for the benefit of Students and Staff Members to learn and upgrade their knowledge. Hostel:

Sophisticated Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. The hostels are well furnished, and airy, and have 24-hour power backup and an RO Plant for safe drinking water. The hostel has a well-equipped dining facility as well that offers vegetarian and non-vegetarian food for the students. Each student is allowed a room by the authorities.It can be changed at any time, for administrative reasons. Students shall occupy only the rooms allotted by the College authority. Personal computers for academic purposes by students in the hostel are allowed after obtaining prior permission from the chief warden. Playing cards, smoking, consuming drugs or alcohol, and possessing obscene pornographic material, lethal weapons or inflammable materials are strictly forbidden. At any time of their convenience, Parents and authorized visitors are permitted to visit the students.

Medical:

All the Basic medicines are within the reach of students for minor illnesses like headache, Fever, stomach pain and etc. A fully loaded First Aid Box is Placed in the vicinity of students for the Hostel and College.

Placement
