Eligibility Students who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (HSC) under the Academic Stream / Senior Secondary Certificate Examination of Central Board (CBSE) or other equivalent examinations as recognized by the Periyar University are eligible to join Under Graduate Courses. Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS). From the academic year 2008-2009 Periyar University Examinations are being conducted based on CBCS pattern.

2. Transfer Certificate. (Original and Photocopy)
3. Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied (Original)
4. Community Certificate (Original) if the selection is based on Community Quota (not applicable for Open Competition selection)
5. 2 passport size photos
6. Prescribed fees
7. Eligibility certificate from the Periyar University for Candidates who passed qualifying examinations other than +2 examinations of Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary / CBSE.
8. Degree Marks Statements (Semester wise original only in case of  PG admission)
9. Provisional certificate from the university  concerned in case of PG admission
