Placement Salem-Sowdeswari College houses an independent placement office that is dedicated to providing assistance with placement to students by conducting off and on-campus interviews. The purpose of the unit is to assist students in acquiring the knowledge and abilities required for a successful job search. Career guidance for students who find it difficult to decide on the right field for their career is also provided within our placement cell. It offers career guidance services to students. They also run various workshops like remedial programs as well as soft skills and methods for interviewing to help them succeed in their career selection.
The placement office enjoys an excellent relationship with IT and non-IT businesses, as well as the established firms in and outside of the area. Many prospective businesses are contacted, with the intention to encourage those businesses to visit our campus to meet with our students on campus. The most reputable industrial houses across the nation frequently visit our campus for campus recruitment events. The Cell has very positive relations with all recruiting industries.
The College has created a complete infrastructure to enable the effective operation of the cells. Training is conducted in order to prepare students for campus selection programmes. Training and placement is an integral aspect of the institution. The placement department is dedicated to offering all support to its graduates as well as post-graduates in their efforts to get a job.
- Industry Institute Programmers – Corporate leaders from leading industries are invited regularly to interact with students.
- Various Training Programmers are organized to train the students in the areas of Aptitude, Quantitative Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal through the Reputed External Training centers.
