Sanghvi Institute Of Management And Science sprawls across a vast expanse of 36 acres, with an additional 20 acres currently in the process of acquisition. Constructed using composite building materials, the structures adhere to VASTU principles, ensuring ample natural light, ventilation, and a serene atmosphere conducive to learning. Each academic school possesses its dedicated building, while future plans include the establishment of separate hostels for male and female students, as well as residential accommodations for the director, staff, and faculty members.

SIMS Library
SIMS boasts a fully automated, well-furnished library with a seating capacity for 210 students at a time. It encompasses ample space for stacks, reading rooms, e-library facilities, discussion chambers, circulation, processing, and a section for periodicals and newspapers. With a rich collection of 11,159 titles and 45,814 books, the library also subscribes to 147 national and international journals and 33 magazines in print. Additionally, the e-library section provides access to 1,792 international e-journals spanning various disciplines such as Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Social Sciences, and Management. Apart from offering issue and reference services, the library extends book bank facilities to students and holds institutional membership in DELNET consortia.
SIMS Laboratories
SIMS laboratories and workshops adhere to AICTE and higher education standards, equipped to provide hands-on learning experiences to students across various fields of study.
SIMS Canteen
SIMS campus features a poolside canteen serving quality-controlled food and beverages in a hygienic environment. Currently, a modern lunchroom with a seating capacity of 500 is under construction. As the campus strictly follows a vegetarian policy, non-vegetarian food is neither allowed in the lunchroom nor permitted to be brought from outside. The canteen operates on a non-profit basis.
SIMS Hostel
SIMS Although hostels are not situated on campus, the student affairs office assists students in finding suitable accommodations nearby. One such option is the Oasis Hostel, located near CAT Road in Rau, Indore.
SIMS Auditorium
SIMS An air-conditioned auditorium facilitates various events such as seminars, lectures, dramatics, and cultural programs. Plans for a 1,500-seat auditorium are underway for future enhancements.
