The university was established on 9th May 2016 vide Gujarat Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2016 and is spread across 84 acres of land.
Sankalchand Patel University (SPU) is a university that is privately owned and situated within Visnagar, Mehsana district, Gujarat, India. The school was established on the 16th of June, 2016 under Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelvani Mandal through The Gujarat Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2016 which also created Anant National University, Marwadi University and Plastindia International University.
Sankalchand Patel University was established in order to become an educational establishment of choice for students who are determined students, helping them develop into self-confident individuals and help their mark on the world. It does not just provide educational opportunities but also providing the students with practical experience when dealing with businesses.
Sankalchand Patel University (SPU) Aproved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and affiliated with Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University (HNGU Patan).
The university provides UG as well as PG and Doctoral programs, such as BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA, M.Tech and many more. in various specializations. The requirements in UG programs is 10+2. passes from a recognized university or board, while the same applies to PG courses. are graduation certificates in the relevant field. For Ph.D courses, applicants need to have a master's degree in the field they wish to further pursue.
