The college had a well-developed library on the X floor which can accommodate more than 150 students at a time and it will be networked and Internet facilities are being provided. There are 2103 volumes present with 600 titles.

I.T Infrastructure:

The Shadan Womens College of Pharmacy is having a separate computer lab with 15 computers. We are making arrangements for adding 5 more computers to our computer lab with LAN/WAN facility.

The Shadan Womens College of Pharmacy had a well-developed library on the X floor which can accommodate more than 150 students at a time it will be networked and Internet facilities will be provided.

With the full completion of the 10th floor of our college, there will be 4 lecture halls, a seminar hall with a stage and Bord/Secretary room. The total built-up area of the college is 3902 Sq.mts (8th, 9th, and 10th floors is 42000sq.ft each floor 14000sq.ft) 42000x0.092903=3901.92 Sq.mts. i.e 3902sq.mts.

The Shadan Womens College of Pharmacy has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. Admissions

Admissions are based on the Common Entrance Test EAMCET. Both Minority and non-

minority communities are eligible. 70% of seats are for Convener (A category), 15% % are

Management seats & 15% NRI/NRI sponsored seats (B category)

The eligibility criteria for admission into the B. Pharmacy course is a pass in

intermediate (10+2), qualifying in the examination conducted by the state government

(EAMCET) and qualifying for the examination conducted by the management of the college.

Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) students are eligible to join the course in the II year

(lateral entry). If they qualify in the ECET examination conducted by the state

government, 10% of the total number of seats are reserved for this category and the

admission into M.Pharmacy through PGECET/GPAT.

B. Pharmacy degree - 4 years duration, from first-year fourth-year university academic

calendar is of semester wise (8 semesters). The sanctioned seats are 100  from affiliating

bodies such as the pharmacy council of India (PCI), AICTE, and JNTU HYDERABAD, and in  2nd

year  6 seats for Lateral entry students who can directly take admission after the D.Pharmacy course.

The M. Pharmacy degree-2 years duration, I & II years are run by a semester system. With three departments

Pharmaceutics with an intake of 15 seats.

Pharmacology with an intake of 15 seats.

Pharmaceutical Analysis with an intake of 15 seats.
