Shibli National College is located in the eastern part of the state of Uttar Pradesh and far from the hustle and bustle of today's cosmopolitan cities. It has a long and distinguished history of commitment to the advancement of education in the U.P. undoubtedly carved a niche for itself in the educational history of  India. 

It was founded by the great and internationally renowned scholar Allama Shibli Noman as a "national school" in 1883 - even two years before the birth of the Indian National Congress, when even the use of the word "national" was considered a crime. The founder, Allama Shibli, was ahead of his time and very aptly understood the need and value of modern education along with the traditional and cultural ethos of Indian Muslims.

Shibli National College Admission

Students can apply online using the application form on the university website. The confirmation form must then be sent to the college by the specified date. The higher education institution conducts a targeted entrance examination according to the rules defined by the admissions committee of the higher education institution, on the basis of which students are admitted to the higher education institution. 

Application procedure 

Applications to the university are invited online only. Candidates must log on to the official website and fill out the application form by following the given steps: 

Register by entering basic information and submitting. The access form number and login ID will appear for future access. Please use the same login and password to log in again to complete the application form. Fill out the request and submit the form. Continue the payment by electronic payment by clicking the "Confirm payment" button. Upload a soft copy of the black and white photographs and scanned signatures as per the required resolution. The final confirmation page of the form and payment receipt will be generated, print it. Shibli National College Placement 

Shibli National College has no official placement or training cell and does not help students get job offers or get placements in the industry. However, graduates of the college can attain IAS or IPS posts. Some former students also work in foreign or international companies.  

SNC organizes Alumnifests where students can socialize. It has proved useful for students of LLB and B.Ed courses. The local court can also patrol college students.
