Facilities and Infrastructure

The Institute has a huge and well–maintained Library with a collection of 27118 books fulfilling the requirements of various subjects of Computer, Electronics, MCA, and allied subjects respectively. The books include titles ranging from Indian Publications to Foreign ones. Several periodicals, magazines, and journals form an important part of the library. Our library exercises an open access system and the catalog system is fully computerized with Lib sys Software. SDITS also has the AICTE-approved DELNET (IEEE Electronic Library) Membership which is available on the institute's intranet. It has two big reading halls, a reference section, a magazine section; an audio-visual section, etc. leading technical journals are readily available. Digital Library is being planned and the system works on e-library. Institute is having EDUSAT facility.

The college campus has more than 10 acres of land for its overall development. The main building of the college has a majestic attractive look and covers about 1, 20,000 sqft, and of 50,000 sq. mt is in progress. The building is considered to be one of the finest in the area and is surrounded by nature creating good environments for study.

Engineering & Technical Education is based on the practical approach to solving problems, decision-making, case studies, and modeling this institute has established several well-equipped labs for engineering and applied Services. There are all major labs to study the basic as well as applied specialized courses required for the Bachelor's Degree program. All the departments have their own labs which are well-equipped and fully functional. Following Laboratories are designed as per the requirements of the curriculum.

Placement Cell

Training and Placement Cell has promoted its activities for the overall development of students. The institute conducts various campus recruitment training programs for all students. This cell is equipped with a well-supported infrastructure and a devoted team of T & P members eager to provide hospitality to HRs. This college has built the technocrats with a focus on all-round development We impart and arrange to implant trainings to them to develop an interaction with the industries so that the students can be exposed to the new techniques and trends. The objective of the T&P cell is to arrange the in-campus placement drive as well as host the pool campus drive.
