The Training and Placement Cell plays a vital role within our college, orchestrating various activities year-round to prepare students for campus selection programs. It is gratifying to note that esteemed industries from across the nation frequently visit our campus for recruitment drives, a testament to the strong relationship maintained by the cell with these industries. In response to industry demands for enhanced employability skills, the Training & Placement cell conducts training sessions aimed at refining students' skills. These programs offer invaluable insights on cracking aptitude tests, excelling in group discussions, mastering interview techniques, and crafting impressive resumes. Additionally, the cell hosts regular guest lectures to enlighten students about career opportunities in diverse sectors such as the Public Sector, Armed Forces, and Government Services.

The objectives of the Training & Placement Cell are multifaceted and geared towards preparing learners for successful entry into the workforce:
1. Equipping Learners for Campus Recruitment: Providing comprehensive training in communication skills, aptitude tests, and overall personal and professional development essential for success in industry placements.
2. Organizing Guest Lectures by Industry Experts: Arranging sessions conducted by professionals from various industries to update learners with practical insights into evolving professional landscapes.
3. Alumni Interaction: Facilitating guest lectures by alumni who have secured positions in esteemed industries to inspire and motivate current learners.
4. Career Guidance: Conducting sessions on diverse career paths including opportunities in Armed Forces, Public Sector, Private Sector, and other fields.
5. Higher Education Opportunities: Offering guidance sessions on higher education prospects and emphasizing the significance of exams such as GATE, TOEFL, GRE, etc.
6. Entrepreneurship Insights: Providing foundational knowledge and insights into entrepreneurship to foster an entrepreneurial mindset among learners.
7. Foreign Language Training: Offering training and education in foreign languages to enhance learners' linguistic skills and broaden their global career prospects.
8. Industry Awareness: Creating awareness about the various opportunities available across different industries such as Information Technology (IT), Information technology-enabled services (ITeS), Manufacturing, Marketing, Automation, etc.

Eligibility & Registration Guidelines
Registration Process: Final-year students aspiring for employment opportunities are required to register for campus placements through their respective Departments. It's important to note that Placement Registration is valid for ONE ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.
Registration Period: Student registrations will be accepted from July to September exclusively. Campus recruitment activities are tailored for final-year B.E. students (including pass-out students whenever opportunities arise).
Coordination Team: An active team comprising faculty and student placement coordinators from each branch is established at the onset of the session to oversee Training & Placement related activities.
Stay Informed: Students are encouraged to stay updated by regularly checking announcements and notices displayed on notice boards. Before applying, students should thoroughly review the Job Description and visit the company website. If a student chooses not to pursue a particular opportunity, they must promptly inform the Training & Placement office.
Resume Preparation: Students are advised to craft their resumes under the guidance of faculty or trainers provided by the Institute. Resumes should effectively highlight academic achievements, summer projects, and any additional experiences beyond the curriculum that enhance their employability prospects.

Stay Informed: It is imperative for students to regularly check the Announcements, Notices, updated information, and shortlisted names posted on the notice boards of the Placement Office and Department Notice Boards. Students should adhere to the specified timings mentioned in the notifications.
Acknowledgment of Notices: Failure to view notices on the notice board or check emails will not be considered a valid excuse for missing any event or activity.
Eligibility Criteria: Students must ensure they meet all the eligibility criteria set forth by the recruiting company. Failure to meet these criteria will result in students being ineligible to participate in the recruitment process.
Dress Code and Essentials: For every Recruitment Drive, students are required to dress in formal attire. Additionally, they must carry a Folder containing:
1. Multiple copies of their resume
2. Passport-size colored Photographs
3. Photocopies of all Certificates (e.g., 10th, 12th, Graduation Mark sheets and certificates, etc.
4. College ID card
5. Government ID & Address Proof (such as Driving License, Passport, PAN card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, etc.
