LIBRARY FACILITIES 

The institute has an advanced and comprehensive library with all the necessary tools for scholarship such as books, technology, and academic resources to support our academic mission. It contains a wide selection of books, journals, video learning resources, and an electronic database to support the information needs of students and staff. New books and other educational materials are added to the library at the pace of constantly changing technology. 

HOSPITAL FACILITIES 

Boys and Girls hostels are located on the college campus. The girl's hostel has adequate security arrangements and staff quarters have been built directly opposite the girl's hostel. 

Students must maintain proper discipline in the hostel.  No one from outside can stay with the student without the proper permission of the competent authority. 

DATA CENTER FACILITIES 

The computer revolution is far from over and computer engineers are still in high demand. Not only computer engineers but also students of other disciplines need computer tools to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to become computer, professionals. To achieve the computer revolution, the institute maintains a modern computer center as a central facility with several computer laboratories with many computers of the latest configuration. The center has received 512 kbps fixed line and  2 Mbs speed broadband from BSNL to provide state-of-the-art secure internet connectivity. 

SPORTS  

The university has enough space for sports activities. The cricket, volleyball, and football pitches are well-maintained throughout the year. The college also has two tennis courts and a cemented basketball court. There are also two indoor rooms for table tennis (boys and girls) and badminton (girls only). 

In all these games, teams from our colleges participate in  Kurukshetra University intercollegiate tournaments every year. Our basketball, table tennis, and soccer teams have already participated this year and preparations are in full swing to participate in the Kurukshetra varsity lawn, volleyball, and cricket tournaments. The performance of the students was excellent and commendable. 

Placement 

SKIET's Kurukshetra investment unit is active, aware, and vigilant. The team of experts is headed by  Sunil Kumar, Head-Training and Placement, who provides comprehensive assistance to the students in finding suitable placements. The placement cell looks after the CV writing skills of students, conducts interview training, identifies job opportunities, and other related activities.  Placement Cell remains vibrant and enthusiastically works to empower students by motivating, nurturing, and shaping their personalities. Due to their urgency, special seminars, presentations, and group discussions are organized. The seminars consist of highly innovative, inspiring, and refreshing lectures by experienced faculty and special invitees from the College, HR Managers, HR Officers, and Recruitment Officers.
