With the vision to develop a unique education delivery system, Shri Ram College of Engineering & Management, popularly known as SRCEM was coined in 2008 by ‘Shree Gokulendra Educational Trust (Regd.)’. The goal of this institute is to stand tall in educational excellence at national level by innovating curricula in compliance with the industry demands and arranging required amenities while maintaining high standards. Skill Development Centre:MMTC-PAMP is a state-of-the-art precious metals refinery that refines gold and silver and is India's first and only LBMA-accredited facility. MMTC-PAMP and SRCEM have established an integrated skill development center to provide training to mechanical engineering students. A batch of 12 selected students will undergo training for 2 years. 2000 will be paid per month during the internship. After completing the training, the students are likely to get a job at MMTC-PAMP.

The training and placement cell is an integral part of our college. We ensure that as many students as possible get internships on campus and deserving candidates get a proper platform to start their careers. T and P cells are active year-round. Therefore, the members of the TPO cell contact the Head (HR) of various economic units to collect information about the recruitment of various sectors. Company meetings and work visits are organized at least twice a year and help students interact with company executives to know their aptitude, attitude, knowledge, personality, etc. In addition, first-year engineering and management students are encouraged to participate in various competitions such as debates, group discussions, PowerPoint presentations, and essay writing to improve their confidence, reading, writing, and communication skills.
