Shri S’ad Vidya Mandal Institute of Technology was established in August 1996 as a self-finance Institute. The Institute has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, and by the Government of Gujarat. In the academic year 2011-12, our first batch under Gujarat Technological University (GTU) graduated with almost 100% results in all the disciplines. Many of our students are on the university toppers’ list. Shri S’ad Vidya Mandal was set up with the prime objective of making available facilities for higher education with an emphasis on quality to the students of Bharuch and nearby areas within their means.

Facilities and Infrastructure

Sport is a form of play that maintain health, and concentration levels and improve a variety of skills. i.e. social and communication. The physical training classes that are enjoyed in the college are to imbibe in the students a love for sports. Involvement in sports of a child makes him/her more proactive in-class activities. These programs help students discover who they are, and their full potential and generate a sense of self-worth and accomplishment. Our campus is equipped with dedicated grounds for various sports activities like badminton, table tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts to enhance the playful journey during the course of studies.

The Institute has a well-furnished computerized library facility with more than 30,000-35,000 books by national as well as international authors on different subjects. The library is equipped with a large collection of CD-Rom and other Electronic learning materials of ISTE, IIT, and Regional College. The institute subscribes to a number of Technical Periodicals, Journals, and magazines. Additionally, students have easy access to books for National & International Competitive Exam like GRE, TOEFL, GMAT, GATE, IES, IAS, GPSC, etc. Future plans of centrally Air conditioned and fully Computerization with a bar code system of book transactions are about to fulfil.
