Shri Sant Shankar Maharaj College Of Agriculture Amravati is established on 10 July 2008 with a minimum capacity of 60 students. But in 2014, on the ground of excellence and progress for the past 6 years, MCAER Pune increases the intake capacity from 60 to 120 students.

A separate hostel building for girls with the availability of every general in each room separate bed and cupboard facility. The bathroom and toilet are attached in the room which is maintained regularly by cleaning staff. Sports

A large playground for outdoor games like kho-kho, kabaddi, volleyball, and athletics is available on the college premises. Facilities for indoor games like badminton and chess are also available. The college library of ShriSantShankar Maharaj College of agriculture pimpalkhuta was established in 2008 with a separate state-of-the-art building to fulfill the academic needs of the students, faculties, and extension staff of the college. Mess is near the hostel and is managed on a contractive basis. There are separate times for every year's student for lunch and dinner. The food is very tasty and healthy and the charge is very affordable.

Forum Facilities

Our college has established the” Shrisant Shankar Maharaj College of Agriculture forum” for students. The forum provides an environment to the student for the study. The forum is of immense use, especially for the student preparing for postgraduate entrance examination on an India basis conducted by ICAR New Delhi, MCAER Punemaharastra, and other competitive like MPSC, UPSC, and Staff selection examination for this library contain more than 300 books.

In Practical view for demonstration and research. Well-developed college fields with various agronomical and horticultural crops are grown with well-managed vermicompost units, biodynamic compost units, and Azolla units maintained.
