Siddhartha Institute of Pharmacy (SIP) was founded in 2006 under the auspices of the Siddhartha Educational Society (Regd. No. 1363/2002-2003) to provide pharmaceutical science education, research, innovation, training, and entrepreneurship. Under the skilled direction of ShriDurgaPrashadVerma, SIP is a unique leading center for pharma-education and research, offering possible degrees in Pharmacy such as D. Pharm., B. Pharm., M. Pharm. in pharmacology and pharmaceutical chemistry. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in New Delhi and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) in New Delhi have both authorized the Institute. The institute is connected with Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technological University (UTU), a State Government of Uttarakhand University, and the courses have been authorized by the Ministry of Human Resource Development of India.

HOSTEL FACILITY

Separate furnished hostels for boys and girls are available on the campus. The canteen is located near the hostel and Provides hygienic food. Security is ensured around the clock. Students are expected to strictly abide by the rules & regulations of the hostel.

TRANSPORT FACILITY

The college is having its own air-cooled bus and ensures the mobility of staff and students. This ensures a comfortable journey to places of practical training and other visits organized for the students.

CLINICAL TRAINING

At the institute, practical training is given maximum weightage and so the teachings are designed to be more practical-oriented. In addition to the college Hospital, the students are made to visit hospitals having a specialty and super specialty facilities so that the students are specialty to have good exposure and knowledge about health care.
