The College has a well-qualified faculty where teaching is not restricted to classroom lectures only, but due importance is given to practicals hence labs and visits to other hospitals are made an inherent component of the syllabus.

At SLC, to encourage Sportsman spirit among our students, we encourage each student to compulsorily choose at least one game. Our Students had participated in Inter-University Competitions and they are preparing for National Level too.

Placement

SGI has a dedicated placement Cell to coordinate all placement-related activities. A core group of faculty members under the guidance of the placement officers in the Law and Pharma program are usually involved in the entire placements process and coordinate the industrial training as well as campus interviews. The placement cell arranges for the company visit to the institute and manages the campus selection of the students. The Placement Cell also manages company visits and special Guest Lecturers from the company personnel in the institute. They help students with summer and winter training in different companies so that they can gain practical experience while working in the real environment of a company during their study period in the institute. The Placement Cell of SGI would help students in securing good and well-paid job offers in reputed companies. SGI with its state-of-the-art infrastructure, most ideal for conducting placement activities, would emerge as a central hub for organizing many such recruitment drives for top-notch companies.
