Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) in Gangtok offers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs with various specializations. The admission process for most courses at SMU is merit-based, with some also requiring entrance examinations. For instance, admission to the BTech program is conducted through JEE Main, MET, or SMET (SMIT Entrance Test), while BCA, BBA, and B.Com admissions are based on merit from the past qualifying examination. Similarly, admission to the B.Sc program is also merit-based.
