Placement Cell at Sinhgad Law College handles the campus placement of B.S.L., LL.B./B.A., LL.B. (5 years Course) and LL.B. (3 Years Course) Students. It provides comprehensive support to students at every stage of the placement process with Law Firms, NGOs, and LPOs. The objectives of the Placement Cell include organizing on-campus and off-campus interviews with reputed organizations, conducting training sessions and guest lectures for final year students, preparing students for aptitude tests and interviews, improving interpersonal skills, arranging field visits to various organizations, and providing internship opportunities. The Placement Policy for the year 2017-2018 states that students can apply to one organization, eligibility is based on attendance and academic performance, and the Placement Cell facilitates placement activities but does not guarantee a job or internship.

The Training and Placement Cell of Sinhgad Law College, Pune, conducts the annual placement drive, wherein final-year students participate in various placement-related activities organized by the cell. The placement cell facilitates the placement of both B.A. LL.B. and LL.B. students, offering opportunities for placements in law firms, NGOs, and Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) companies. It ensures comprehensive support for students throughout the placement process, including pre-placement talks, written tests, interviews, and group discussions, tailored to meet the requirements of recruiters.

Eligibility for the placement process is based on good attendance and academic records.
Students have the option to apply to either a Law Firm, NGO, or LPO based on their interests.
Each student is permitted to accept only one job or internship offer.
The Placement Cell does not guarantee job or internship placements; its role is to provide opportunities and facilitate the process.
