TCS ION Collaboration
SKR Engineering College has forged a strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS ION) through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This collaboration allows us to utilize our infrastructure for conducting public service exams and IBPS exams, facilitating a smoother and more efficient examination process. Beyond exams, TCS ION supports our academic endeavors by assisting in organizing guest lectures, in-plant training sessions, and industrial visits. A testament to this partnership's success was our role as a nodal center for the TCS Off-Campus Hiring in 2013-14, where approximately 750 students from our college participated in the recruitment process.
HCL TALENT CARE Collaboration
Another notable collaboration is with HCL Technologies Limited (HCL Talent Care). We've established an MOU to leverage our facilities for conducting HCL Recruitment Exams. Beyond exams, HCL Talent Care actively supports our academic initiatives by assisting in organizing guest lectures, in-plant training, and industrial visits. This collaboration enriches our students' learning experiences by bridging the gap between academic theory and industry practice.
SKR-OBJECT FRONTIER CENTER OF EXCELLENCE Collaboration
We've further expanded our industrial collaborations by signing an MOU with Object Frontier Software, establishing the SKR-Object Frontier Center of Excellence. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between industry and academia by facilitating guest lectures, faculty development programs, and campus recruitment drives. Through this partnership, our students gain valuable insights into industry trends and requirements, enhancing their employability and career prospects.
SKR Engineering College Entrepreneurship Development Club
Complementing the academic initiatives of the Placement and Career Guidance Cell, our Entrepreneurship Development Club plays a pivotal role in nurturing entrepreneurial talents among our students. With a mission to secure employment for every registered student, the cell actively engages with companies, organizes recruitment drives, and assists students throughout the placement process, ensuring a seamless transition from college to career.

Internships play a crucial role in enriching students' academic experiences and preparing them for the professional world. These hands-on experiences provide students with practical insights into industry practices, enhancing their skill sets and making them more marketable to employers. Moreover, internships serve as a valuable platform for the Placement Cell to forge new industry connections and strengthen existing relationships. Notably, during the 2010-11 academic year, referred to as the Tin Jubilee year, close to 60% of our eligible students secured direct placements through internships and campus recruitment drives.
