The placement process typically commenced with company presentations, followed by aptitude tests, both written and online, and then telephonic rounds and face-to-face interviews. This rigorous selection process, lasting 7-8 hours, tested students' resilience and character, with each stage serving as an elimination round. Fortunately, a majority of the visiting companies extended job offers to the successful candidates.
