Training and Placement Cell

•The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of the college provides guidance and assistance for the students to achieve their career goals. The cell takes the right steps in identifying the needs of the current industry and preparing students for it.

•Adequate emphasis is given to the overall development of students complementing the regular academic programs.

•Training is provided for developing their Aptitude, Reasoning, and Communication skills and Group discussions are conducted at regular intervals to enable the students to improve their performance in placement drives and competitive exams. Job-oriented courses and special training programs are regularly conducted, and guest lectures and training by visiting faculty are regular activities on the campus.

•The Training and Placement Cell of the Institute centrally handles campus placements of the graduating students of the campus. The Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process. The Cell is well equipped with ample infrastructure in Terms of Testing halls, Consultancy Hall for Presentations, Pre-Placement talks, and Written Tests. Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies.

•The placement committee to provide 100% opportunities for the student starts its activities in June every year. The placement officer maintains rapport with the industries and corporate offices that conduct their recruitment in the college. A good number of reputed companies have conducted campus recruitment in college and many more have expressed their willingness to come for the assessment of the college as per their norms. The corporate offices are requested to provide us with their requirement, job description, and their norms. The job descriptions are kept in the notice board of the placement cell. The placement cell also has a database of eligible students. The students who are strongly determined to get a job are expected to register their names in the placement cell.
