Smt. P.N. Doshi Women’s College was established by the SPRJ Kanyashala Trust, a pioneer in women’s education, in 1960. The college started with five students in BA and has now grown into a multi-faculty institution with five thousand students. We offer training supported through numerous monetary schemes to almost 5000 ladies via our junior colleges, Degree colleges, Professional Courses, Post Graduate Departments as well as Career Institutes. 

The guidance and vibrant learning atmosphere provided by our well-qualified teachers help students respond to stimulating challenges, which coupled with excellent infrastructure facilities and support services lead to a successful “learning” experience.

Smt. P.N. Doshi Women’s College have special coaching for taekwondo, basketball, and volleyball for our Junior and Senior College students. Every year we have sports and athletics meet where we award championship trophies to students who excel in sports. Organized a National Level Webinar on 'Conceptual Understanding of Pranayama and Meditation' by Dr. Manmath Gharote, Director of Lonavala Yoga Institute on June 19, for students, parents, teaching, and non-teaching staff members. Almost 600 participants from over 16 states of India such as UP, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Delhi, Maharashtra, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Punjab, Assam, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Haryana, and Rajasthan, etc. attended the webinar.

Smt. P. N. Doshi Women's College Library was established in the year 1960 and since then it is growing in pace with the expansion of the college supporting the motto of the institution. The collection of the college library supplements classroom teaching with various learning resources/information sources. We make the students capable of getting required information through physical and online sources of information with the help of user education programs.

Placement

The Progression and Placement Cell functions with the twin fold focus i.e., providing guidance and assistance to students to achieve their career goals and enabling the industry to identify and absorb intellectuals with requisite technical & Managerial skills. It consists of representatives from each Stream and acts as a crucial link between the training program of the students and their suitable employment.
