Sree Narayana Guru Polytechnic College (SNGPC) is a co-educational, self-financing polytechnic established in the year 1984 by Sree Narayana Guru Educational Trust under the dynamic leadership of the Founder Chairman late. Sri. A.P. Madhavan, Founder Secretary late.Sri.T.V.Sekharan and the Founder Treasurer late. Sri. K.K. Vijayan.

Library:

Our College Library is a Knowledge Store arranged with many Books, Journals, and Encyclopedias, related to various departments to make use of in addition to the subject knowledge transferred in the classroom to the student. It also contains daily newspapers, Employment news, Magazines, etc.

Hostel Facilities:

Our College Hostel gives a feel of “A Home Away from Home” where the students reside comfortably with all facilities. A good variety of food is served for both the state students depending upon their needy and tasty too. A fully furnished accommodation is given to each student where the student can contribute to his stay at the hostel for the improvement of his academic career by utilizing the time. All the students were monitored by the Warden and the Faculty members residing in the hostel to maintain discipline in the hostel and on campus. The hostel rules and regulations were framed flexibly for the welfare of the students to give them a maturity level. Hostel students can use the facilities like Television, Indoor Games, Outdoor Games, Reading Newspapers, etc,

Laboratories:

Our College has a well-equipped and furnished laboratory in various departments with the latest technologies updated. It gives effective teaching and learning process by manipulating real objects and materials. It makes the students do their experiments effectively and collect the data. It also gives an experience for the student to work on the latest technology machines. It also makes the students transfer the experience to other learning or working situations.
