Hostel

Sri Ganesh College students Hostel is an integral part of the campus of the college. It is divided into two separate sections for girls and boys students. The men's hostel consists the four blocks. The lady's hostel comprises three blocks. Both women and men who are who reside in the hostel are given rooms on a three-part sharing basis. Common areas such as eating and washrooms, the lobby, the terrace, and so on. are separate for women's and men's hostels.

Mess

Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian dishes can be served in the dining room. The mess is operated with a fixed rate system. To ensure that the mess runs smoothly Hostel mess There is a Mess Manager who manages the day-to-day operations of The Hostel mess and helps members of the Mess Committee in the smooth operation of the hostel and mess. Residents are expected to eat in the dining room during the time specified for the mess. The mess membership is mandatory for all students from all Hostels.

Transport

To help students the college has set up buses for free across Salem Namakkal as well as Dharmapuri districts.

Library

The SGC, Salem College Library of Sri Ganesh has an extensive collection of books, encyclopedias journals as well as CDs, magazines, and other resources. It is computerized using conventional digital software. Library users have access to the library via E-gate. Students can take photocopies and print out their material. The book Database and Orientation software uses clippings from the notice board to showcase new arrivals while also distributing the list to specific departments.
