SGC, Salem Placement Cell

The SGC College has a firm commitment to providing placement for students. A placement office has been established to facilitate the process of placement. The office of placement conducts regular training sessions to make sure that the potential for placement of our students is boosted. The Institute values the significance of developing a personality in general and, to accomplish this, efforts, they engage in discussions with students on communication Skills Negotiation Skills Critical Reasoning Skills as well as Self Image, the Right Attitude and Motivation, Goals writing resumes, mock Interviews, etc.

SGC Placement Cell organizes Industrial Tours for students supervised by Faculty members for the department annually to various places (i.e. TN and various states) to build in them the knowledge of the process of placement.

SGC College invites these groups to come to our campus and conduct an on-campus interview as well as a group discussion, and personal interviews. They conduct a pre-placement Talk. If students choose to participate take part in the selection process, which often includes a discussion in a group and personal interviews. Based on their performances, the chosen students are given an offer of placement. Students join the company when they reach the deadline date, after completing the complete course, and also in the final exam.
