Over 22 years the College has grown as Post Graduation institution and recognized University Grants Commission under the 2(f) scheme. The College has been creating meritorious students who have scored top University ranks. As a Second Educational Institution, the Trust started "SRI ARAVINDAR VIDHYALAYA NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL" in the year 2004 which has been upgraded to a Matriculation High School. Library

A library is the heart of an academic institution. Our institution encourages all students and staff members to make the best use of the library that has been carefully built up since the inception of the college. The library is housed in a spacious area of 625 sq.m., fully computerized and air-conditioned with Reference Section, Magazine Section, and Stack Area. Presently there are more than 36,000 books and reference volumes stacked for the benefit of staff and students. There is an established media resource center. Our library follows the open access system and is encouraging students to browse in the stack area. The library subscribes to more than 180 specialized journals, over one-third of them being international. We are also a member of the US information service (USIS), British Council Library, CSIR, Delnet, Malibnet, IIT, CII, Madras Productivity Council, and Anna University. Constant addition of titles and volumes in all the fields of Engineering, Management, Basic Science, and Humanities is a regular feature of our library. Every effort has been made to obtain all titles recommended by the faculty.

Boys Hostel

The college has comprehensive hostel facilities for the students. Exclusively, three blocks are provided for men, accommodating more than 200 students. The Boys' Hostel of 3020 sq.m has more than 25 rooms spread over three floors and accommodates about 200 students of the second year. The boys' hostel has a separate library, reading room, shuttle courts, and a shop to facilitate the students. The hostel blocks also have an STD facility.

Hostel

The college has a separate hostel for women. Exclusively, three blocks for women, in all accommodating more than 100 students are provided. The Girls' Hostel is constructed in 1330 sq.m. has more than 25 rooms and accommodates 120 students. A separate dining hall covering 200 sq.m, to accommodate 100 students at a time, is also available in this block. The girl's hostel has Shuttle courts, Table tennis, and a shop to facilitate the students. The hostel blocks also have an STD facility

Canteen

A Sound body is essential for a sound mind.The hostel is annexed with a kitchen, to provide food at protected and hygienic environment along with dining halls, which can accommodate more than 1000 students at a time.Healthy and nutritive food is served. The hostel kitchen has facilities for steam cooking with gas stoves. There are three dining halls covering an area of about 750 sq.m for accommodating large number of students at a time. Physical fitness has been given utmost importance. The college hostel facility is equipped with an air-conditioned gymnasium with a state-of-the-art equipment especially for men. Moreover, the Boys Hostel is annexed with a full-fledged air-conditioned hair grooming centre. A separate gymnasium for women is also annexed with the Girls Hostel. The Girls Hostel has a full-fledged air conditioned Beauty Parlor attached to it. A clinic, with a few beds along with on call Doctor facility for 24 Hours to take care of the health requirements of the hostel students, is also made available.

Computer Centre

Computer Centre, which is a central facility and provides computing support to the user community consisting of students, faculty, research staff and office staff for academic and office automation purposes. The computer centre with a built up area of 2 * 863 sq.meters, is located in the Swaminatha Naidu Block with more than 1300 computers to afford computing facilities and Internet services.The working environment is open and it facilitates smooth functioning of the centre and effective utilization of the resources. The Centre provides system administration and technical support which include Software installation, Network monitoring (both wired & wireless), Internet connection and digital library etc.

Placement Cell:

Active placement cell helps the students to get approached by renowned companies from in and around Tamilnadu. The students are trained to develop their employability skills.The placement cell keeps the student updated on the job opportunities available in the market. We invite people from corporate to guide & instruct our students in career opportunities.The College is conducting Job Fair every year. More than 50 companies participating and about 1000 students from various colleges attending the Job Fair.
