The College has well-stocked Library with 16000 volumes and 4500 titles of recent and relevant books in every subject by authors of national and international repute. To enhance the quality of learning and to reinforce research drive amongst the students SSMIET subscribes to outstanding e-journals (Elsevier, IEEE, J-Gate, ASCE, McGraw Hill, ASME, Springer, ASTM). Moreover, Multifarious and multidisciplinary titles are available for students to equip themselves with the latest trends in technology and overall development in their personality. The Competent teachers instil in the young minds the habit of reading all the dailies and weeklies which transform the students from scholars to smartest beings. SSMITE subscribes to 50 National Journals, 36 International Journals and 20 Magazines. All copies are made available to both the teacher and the taught.

Seminar Hall:

SSMIET provides the students with the state- of-the- art seminar halls which is fully air-conditioned, well lit and spacious enough to accommodate large gatherings. The seminar halls are designed to give the best ambience for technical symposiums, seminar and other interfaces with its inbuilt audio-visual facilities that turn learning into a wonderful experience. Besides hosting the monthly faculty meet addressed by the Director and the principal in order to interact with the Faculty; the seminar hall also hosts various academic activities, extension lectures, educational and training programmers for the students and faculty. 

Hostel:

Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with good atmosphere. A team of warden and residential tutors take utmost care in providing the parental guidance. Hygienic and delicious food is served which would be frequently revised according to the taste and preference of the students.
