SSSIHMS Department of Laboratory Medicine

The Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, Whitefield, Bangalore, Laboratory complex has the Pathology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry labs, and an in-house Blood Bank, all of which are equipped to handle all the necessary investigations required for the Cardiac and Neuro specialties. The Department also caters to the requirements of Sri Sathya Sai General Hospital, Whitefield.

SSSIHMS Lab Infrastructure

All the regular Diagnostics Tests required for Cardiac & Neuro-sciences are performed at the SSSIHMS-Wfd Laboratory. The Laboratory has different sections which are all well-equipped for the above purpose. The Microbiology laboratory has the required safety cabinets (Class __ and Class __) as well as the automated bacterial culture (BactiAlert) and Identification & Sensitivity testing equipment (Vitek2).

SSSIHMS Department of Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is used to help restore or increase strength and movement in joints that have been affected by pain, injury, or stroke. It is also used to reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle spasm. Stroke, arthritis, fractures, and nerve lesions (damage) are also common conditions treated.

NEUROLOGY

NURSE

We are looking for Nurses with experience working in Operation Theater. The candidate can be either B.Sc or GNM. Salary as per the Institute rules

SSSIHMS CTVS

Consultant – M.Ch/DNB CTVS with 4 years or more of experience post M.Ch/DNB CTVS. The consolidated pay offered is Rs.1,34,000/-

Junior Consultant – M.Ch/DNB CTVS fresher or less than 4 years experience post M.Ch/DNB CTVS. The consolidated pay offered is Rs.85,000/-.

SSSIHMS FOOD COURT

The hospital has a low-cost canteen service for doctors, staff, students, patients, and patient attendants on campus which is run by Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, Whitefield, Welfare Society. The Welfare Society also runs a bakery service for the benefit of staff and patients.

SSSIHMS ACCOMMODATION

Sai Salarpuria Dormitory is a low-cost dormitory facility for patient attendants of admitted patients.

SSSIHMS CLOAKROOM

Timings:  7:30 am to 7:30 pm.

Patient attendants are advised not to keep any valuables in the cloakroom.

In-patients and their attendants can also keep their luggage in the Salarpuria Block.

The Administration is not responsible for any loss from the cloakroom or the attendant’s hostel.
