St. Claret College offers M.Com, MSW, and MBA programs in its curriculum. Applicants who have a B.Com degree or BBA degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible for admission to M.Com. Admission to the M.Com course is given based on the candidate’s performance in the qualifying exam, and interview.

The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to MSW is a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) with 50% in aggregate of all subjects.

The college offers the MBA program in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Banking Finance & Insurance Services (BFIS). The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to the MBA is a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with 50% in aggregate of all subjects. 

Duly filled in Application forms along with the photocopies of the documents mentioned above should be submitted to the college office. Candidates will be informed of the Interview date on the website. No personal intimation will be given to the candidates. Candidates will have to appear for the interview on the prescribed date, and if selected, should take the admission on the same day itself after paying the requisite fees.

St. Claret College UG Admission 2024

The College runs BA courses with 7 specializations, three types of B.Com courses, B.Sc, BBA, and BCA programs under its 5 departments. Candidates who have passed HSC or its equivalent examination in any relevant discipline from a recognized board are considered eligible to get admission to the UG courses. Admission to the BCA course is given to those students who have passed 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Admission to any UG program is given only based on the candidate’s merit in the qualifying examination and considering their performance in the interview round as instructed by the college.

Two copies of the following certificates, along with the originals have to be produced at the college office during the time of admission.

1. Transfer Certificate from the School/College last attended
2. PUC or equivalent Marks Card
3. Conduct Certificate
4. Migration Certificate in the case of students who passed any exam other than Karnataka PU
5. SC/ST/Backward Class and Income Certificate from Tahsildar, if applicable
6. Six passport-size and four stamp-size photographs

St. Claret College PG Diploma and Diploma Admission 2024

St. Claret College offers a PG Diploma in two specializations and a Diploma in one specialization. Applicants who have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks are eligible for admission to the PG Diploma in Psychological Counselling.

The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to the PG Diploma in Yoga Studies is a Bachelor's Degree from Bangalore University or any other recognized university. Admission is done based on qualifying marks in the medical examination conducted by the college.

The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to the Diploma in Bharatnatyam is a 10+2 examination or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized board.

St. Claret College Application Process 2024

Candidates shall collect the application form along with the prospectus from the college office or may fill in the application form online and submit the hard copy of the form in person at the college office or through the post along with DD. The application fee shall be submitted through the demand draft.

1. Visit the website of the college and click on “Apply Online” or collect the application form in person from the college office.

2. Fill up the application form completely with the correct details.

3. Attach/ Upload all the mandatory documents

4. Take out the print of the application form (if applied online).

5. Make the payment of the application fee of INR 300 through the Demand Draft favoring “St. Claret College, Bangalore” payable at Bangalore.

6. Submit the application form along with DD in person at the college office or through the post.
