The College is located on Gregorios Mount, a scenic and serene site near Pulamon in Kottarakara, Kerala State. It is included in the list of colleges under the 2F/12B category of the University Grants Commission. The College is reaccredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of the University Grants Commission with an A Grade.

Computer Lab:

The College has a well-organized computer lab. The lab is equipped with nearly sixty computers with a dual-boot facility and all necessary accessories like a multimedia projector, scanner, and printers. A 10KVA online UPS system supplies power to the computer lab, which helps the academic community in the college to use the lab, even in the time of power failures. Internet facility is available to all computers in the lab. The service of a full-time instructor is available in the lab. In addition to the regular laboratory sessions for the students, the computer lab is offering orientation programs for the teaching and non-teaching staff. The lab is open on all working days, throughout the working time of the college.

Library :

The General Library of St.Gregorios College, Kottarakara is located on the 1st floor of Rev. Mathew P. Koshy's memorial block, the prime area in the campus that is accessible to all.  The library was established in 1964 with the inception of the college, providing professional assistance to students and faculty in their academic activities. The library occupies a total carpet area of about 5000 square feet with 150 seating capacity and a spacious stack room. The library has a separate reference area with a seating capacity of 30 students. Some of the departments also maintain their reference library.  The general library has an E-Library with an internet browsing facility (free of charge) and CD/DVD collections. Recently the library is equipped with a D-space facility intended to store and manage the scholarly and digital contents of the college. The library functions now purely on solar power.  

Cafeteria:

A well-furnished and spacious canteen is functioning in the College, in a separate block. It provides snacks, lunch, tea, and coffee to the staff and students of the College at moderate rates. The canteen has separate full-time staff and it functions from 9 am to 5 pm, on all working days.

Gym:

The College which has always given importance to the mental and physical fitness of its students started a Multi-Gymnasium funded by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. The multi-gymnasium is a 12-station facility. In addition to it, the gymnasium has separate weight-lifting facilities also. In the years 2007 and 2008, Aneesh K of this College received the ‘Mr. Kerala University Award for best physique. Later he represented the University of Kerala in the All India Inter-University Best Physique Competition and secured a creditable 7th position. All his achievements were made possible as a result of his intensive training in the college gymnasium.

Placement Cell:

An effectively functioning placement cell is a vital part of an educational institution. The cell gives guidance to the students for placements in various companies/organizations. It also aims at preparing the students for various competitive examinations. In the present scenarios, students should be given ample exposure to various activities that help develop their personality. Mere bookish knowledge proves to be of no use in the present world, which is highly competitive. With this aim, the placement cell organizes various programs, which make students think and act creatively. Experts in various fields are invited and their potentials are being exploited to benefit the students. Students are made to come out successful in facing the challenges of the day.
