Facilities and Infrastructure at St.John's College

Library:

Provides reading, citation, reference, information, and documentation for all staff and students. The college has a good and well-equipped library which holds 5000 volumes of books in various fields. The library is open on all working days and the opening hours of the library are from 8.30. until 17:00

Computer Lab:

The college has a good computer lab with broadband internet access. The laboratory has 30 personal computers with the latest configuration, which are mainly intended for use by students.

Psychology Lab:

The college has a separate psychology laboratory with all the necessary tests and equipment to conduct psychological studies which are included in the M.P.Ed., B.P.Ed., and B.P.E.S. curriculum The organization of the consultation booth is also a specialty for us.

Language Lab:

The language laboratory is one of the special features of the college. It is neatly furnished and well-equipped with 30 computer systems. Our language laboratory is equipped with CLARITY SNET ENGLISH TEACHING software. Students in general, and slow learners of English in particular, can benefit greatly from developing their English language skills through regular and regular use.

Science Lab:

Separate science laboratories for both physical and biological sciences with necessary equipment and facilities are an added advantage of the college.

Educational Technology/Laboratory:

The educational institution considers the application of educational technology in teaching and learning to be of primary importance. The educational technology laboratory is equipped with LCD Multimedia, which is projected on a large screen for multimedia presentations. OHP for overhead projectors, video cameras, digital cameras, TVs, DVDs, and other modern devices. Students are trained to make multimedia presentations for their classes during training and teaching. The college is also provided with an LCD screen and a computer installed in the lecture hall for the use of staff and students.

The college has multimedia classrooms with OHP, LCD, and Internet. Modern multimedia classrooms offer students a modern and stunning visual experience. We work hard to provide a different teaching and learning experience.

Seminar Hall:

The seminar hall is equipped with an LCD projector and a sound system that can accommodate 200 seats.

Admission in St.John's College

If he has passed Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks from a recognized university in In 10 2 3 or equivalent model. Interscholastic participation in sports and games is at least compulsory. Applicants should not have completed 30 years as on 1 July. However, the number of SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Extractive Physical Education teachers may be reduced by three years.
