Training & Placement For St Josephs College Irinjalakuda (SJCI), Thrissur

SJCI has a placement cell called Career Guidance Cell (CGC). SJC placement cell provides on-campus training to the students to make them placement-ready. The various training programs organized by CGC are workshops, career fairs, on-campus interviews, and many more. St. Joseph’s College Irinjalakuda placement cell also provides job databases for internships, and monthly career planning sessions by industrial experts from different sectors like government, defense, commerce, and industry, etc. CGC also provides career guidance and counseling to students related to choosing a career, career planning and higher studies. St. Joseph’s College Irinjalakuda placement cell helps students in placement right from the beginning of the job search to writing or updating CVs, preparing for job interviews, and finally placement. Several companies have visited the campus for placement. As per the SJC placement statistics for the year 2020, out of 834 eligible students, 79 have been placed in different companies and 536 opted for higher studies.
