St.Joseph s College of Nursing drew its inspiration from the vision and mission of the late Archbishop Mar Ivanios and Msgr. Joseph Kuzhinjalil the founder of Daughters of Mary of Congregation. Library

Extensive library service is available to help the students in their learning process. They follow all the rules of the library. GENERAL RULES Students should maintain strict silence in the library. Students are allowed to take the books outside the library only after submission of the membership card. Students are not permitted to get books issued for others. Eatables are strictly prohibited in the library. Bags, Personal Books, and coats are not allowed inside the library. Students should obtain a ‘no dues certificate’ before the university exam each year. Put the chairs back in the proper position or Keep the chairs arranged in the proper position after use. Electric power is precious do not waste it. Switch off the fans and lights after use. Do not replace the books used for reference on the rack. Keep/leave it on the table. Mobile phones are not allowed in the Library. Students are not allowed to leave the library during the library hours.

Community lab

The community lab is a well spacious lab that can accommodate 50 students at a time to get training regarding bag technique, health education, and various procedures in the community. The lab has 73 community bags. Various A V aids like models, diagrams, posters, charts, puppets, flannel graphs, etc are available in the lab.

Foundation Lab

We have a well-equipped Lab with 10 beds where students are trained to attain skills in Fundamental Nursing. Nursing procedures are taught through a multifunctional Mannequin, a CPR dummy, an E.T. tube insertion dummy an Infusion hand, and an Anatomical structure dummy. The Lab is also aided with essential instruments and various articles needed to do the procedure.
